Dear Valued Vendor:

Our Vendor Sponsor Program has been a tremendous success for the ALA and we are hopeful it was/is equally as successful for our vendor supporters. As you may be aware from your past involvement with the Albany Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators, the success of our organization depends greatly on our members’ relationships with vendors to the legal community.

As we enter into our new year with our Vendor Sponsor Program, we invite you to consider or renew your involvement in the program.

Based on our review of chapter events, activities, expenses, etc. our Vendor Committee has established fixed contribution levels and guidelines for contributions from vendors which offer benefits commensurate with the level of sponsorship. The sponsorship levels will offer vendors the opportunity to continue to support the Albany Chapter at the level of support of each vendor’s choice and within each vendor’s budget. The level of support will be on an annual basis. The Chapter greatly appreciates this opportunity to continue relationships with those vendors who have shown a commitment to our organization during the past and also looks forward to developing relationships with new vendors in the future.

We offer one year sponsorships at the following levels:

Platinum Level - Three sponsorships at this level at $3,000

Gold Level - Five sponsorships at this level at $2,000

Silver Level - Five sponsorships at this level at $1,000

Bronze Level - Twenty sponsorships at this level at $500

Check out the listing which details all the benefits of each level of sponsorship. We hope that you will give serious consideration to supporting or renewing your support of our organization in this manner and that you will find this approach as beneficial as we believe it will be for both you as a vendor and to the Albany Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators.

We will be awarding the sponsorships on June 30th. Complete the Vendor Sponsorship Commitment Form and return it at your earliest convenience. All Commitment forms received on or before June 15th, will be held and processed at the same time. Send a check along with your commitment form, and all participants will be notified no later than the last week of June, of their confirmed sponsorship. In the event that multiple organizations submit forms for the same sponsorship, a drawing will be held to determine which vendor will be awarded that specific opportunity.

Sponsorship opportunities will still be available after June 30th, on a first-come, first-served basis.
