Vendor Sponsorship Details

• Sponsorships will be awarded by June 30, 2010 based on 2010 Vendor Sponsorship Commitment Forms.
  
  
• Vendor Sponsorship Commitment Forms should be mailed in the enclosed envelope to Cheri Terzian @ Burke & Casserly, P.C.,255 Washington Avenue Ext., Albany, NY 12205.
  
  
• Forms received on or before June 15, 2010, will be held and processed at the same time.
  
  
• In the event that multiple organizations submit forms for the same sponsorship on or before this date, a drawing will be held to determine which vendor will be awarded that specific opportunity.
  
  
• All participants will be notified of their confirmed sponsorship no later than the last week of June 2010.
  
  
• Please mail payment along with sponsorship commitment form.
  
  
• Sponsorship opportunities will continue to be available after June 30, 2010, on a first-come, first-served basis.
  
  
• Sponsorships are for a fiscal year basis typically July 1 to June 30, however, this is flexible depending on when you would like to begin your company’s participation.
